SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping on selected physical products.
Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product, where it is being fulfilled and your delivery destination. The applicable shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Physical products
Physical products may be shipped directly from our home office in Scotland or produced and shipped through a print-on-demand or other third-party fulfilment provider.
Where products are shipped from our home office, orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours using Royal Mail Standard postage.
Where products are produced and fulfilled through a print-on-demand or other third-party fulfilment provider, they are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
The fulfilment method used may vary between products and orders. Where applicable, estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Delivery destinations
We currently ship products from our home office within the UK, EU and Norway.
Products fulfilled through our print-on-demand or other third-party fulfilment providers may be available for worldwide delivery.
Available destinations will be shown at checkout.
We are working to expand our shipping options. If you are unable to place an order because delivery is not currently available to your country, please contact us at me@lisahart.co.uk and we will be happy to see whether delivery can be arranged.
Delivery times
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays, severe weather, strikes, customs processing or other unforeseen events.
For international orders, you may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.
Urgent orders
If you require an order urgently, please contact us at me@lisahart.co.uk before placing your order. We will do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee that an expedited delivery option will be available.
